Pinty and Val utopian theatre is a project meant to show a couple in its beauty and contradictions.

Being a couple is a beautiful experience but also a difficult path that two people decide to take.
There are, as we all know, happy moments and difficult ones where we are challenged to understand the other person feelings and fears hoping that she/he can understand ours.
How many times we though about how the future could be together?
How many times we were right and other times stuff took an unexpected turn?

Modelling for other artist or artist to be is a amazing and very meditating experience.
Talking about it with Bony Ska, she got inspired and with  Cathrine Rudolf decided to create a Collective and of course exhibitions.

N.U.D.E

Naked Utopian Demons & Eves is a group of kids sharing same ideals for Beauty and Simplicity. It's a creative collective born in Cape Town in early 2016 and destined to accompany the Great Liberation of our minds and spirit in the following years of global change. It's an ode to Freedom and Beauty.

We organise exhibitions and events folowing 3 themes : for 2016 ->
1. Naked
2. Utopian
3. Demons & Eves

These events showcase anyone willing to exhibit their art work. Photo, writing, slam, music, drawing, perfomances...
They end up in crazy parties that you won't want to miss !

Gold vibes

Researching the concept of woman hyenas I wanted to be less attached to pictures I choose as inspiration and leaving the hand and the images getting more independent. My hands were guided by the graphite powder and the feeling of the paper, this means that there is no real initial plan for the drawing itself but it emerges from the white surface of the white page.

   4 Watercolours

The images of this 4 watercolours are taken from antique erotic postcards or pictures. I copied them because I found the positions of the body was creating interesting, surreal or funky shapes. Taking away their original backgrounds and the identities of the models gives me the possibility to appropriate the figure and associates them to specific colours.
